Terms of Service
These terms explain how course orders, access and use of SMMNEER LIMITED learning materials work.
01
About us
SMMNEER LIMITED (company number 17466938) provides online education and business courses. Our registered office is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. You can contact us at smmneer@outlook.com or 07473971144.
02
Orders and enrolment
Public self-registration is not available. Course orders are arranged directly by email or phone. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment in writing.
We will provide the course description, price, payment arrangements and relevant access terms before the order is completed.
03
Student accounts
After verification, we create and issue individual login credentials. Credentials must be kept confidential, used only by the named student and not shared, sold or transferred.
04
Course access and changes
Your confirmation will state the access period and any included support. We may make reasonable updates to keep material accurate, improve delivery or reflect platform changes without materially reducing the course purchased.
05
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Course videos, documents, templates, branding and related materials remain owned by SMMNEER LIMITED or its licensors. Access is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning.
- Do not copy, resell, publish or redistribute course material.
- Do not share account access or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or disrupt it for others.
06
Outcomes and responsibility
Our courses provide education, not financial, legal, tax or guaranteed business advice. Results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not promise particular income, sales or commercial outcomes.
07
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
