Course enrolment is completed directly by email or phone. Before taking payment, we will identify the course, price, access arrangements and any important conditions so you can make an informed decision.

If you purchase as a consumer at a distance, you will generally have 14 days from the date the contract is formed to cancel, subject to the rules for digital content and services. To cancel, email smmneer@outlook.com with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

If you ask us to provide digital course access during the 14-day cancellation period, we will request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right is lost once digital content supply begins. We will confirm that acknowledgement in writing.

If a live or other service begins at your express request during the cancellation period and you later cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation, where the law permits.

Your statutory rights remain in place. If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet legal requirements, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times can vary by bank or payment provider. We will confirm the outcome and timing by email.
